I’m here to play a much bigger game.

So being held back by my own limiting thoughts isn’t the way in which I want to play.

In true Htay form, when I find that my thinking is wobbly, I take it to the mountain and torture myself with a walk/run to the top!

Along the way, I decided to see, hear, feel and know why I do and can: belong, connect, contribute and provide value here in Aotearoa (NZ) even if I’m an Australian who π‘€β„Žπ‘Žπ‘˜π‘Žπ‘π‘Žπ‘π‘Žβ€™π‘  back to Burma and India.

No shit … The maunga (mountain) spoke to me yesterday and shared with me, all the reasons why I absolutely do and can.

OR …

I shifted my thinking all on my own and then chose to believe a higher power helped me do it.

Either way, I’m claiming the higher power because I felt it from the inside out.

You see, our thoughts are not facts, but our thoughts will try to make us find ways and reasons to confirm them to be true.

When we find ways to confirm them to be true, we focus on the wrong things.

When we focus on the wrong things, we get more of the wrong things.

When these thoughts are working against us, that is when we need to believe that they can mean something completely different., because they can if you want them to.

So ... if you find yourself stuck in a loop of negative thinking, I want to give yourself permission right now to put your hand on your heart and say STOP.

Because we are all here to play a much bigger game and staying stuck is not one of them.

Let me know what your "go to" strategy is for dealing with your wobbly thoughts.
