Because your vision for the future will expand and evolve when you do!

Forgetting about yourself along the way, redirects your focus to the wrong things.
Often forcing what’s not meant to be and resisting what could be.
In my line of work, people often think that any type of personal development or inner work is “therapy”.
Something to be feared or avoided.
But it doesn’t have to be that scary!
Because uncovering your goals and aspirations can be a simple yet very exciting process.
Just like the work I am currently doing with some of my clients because, somewhere along the way, they had forgotten what it was they enjoyed doing because they were too busy doing what they thought they should be doing.
