You’ll learn how to break down your aspirations into actionable steps, ensuring you can apply this process independently in the future, whether for your personal growth or for guiding your family towards shared goals.

Week 1 - Session 1:  Brain Dump and Clarity Session

 

Brainstorm Your Wants and Needs: We’ll start with a guided session where you'll freely write down all your wants and needs, whether they relate to personal growth, family, work, or any other aspect of life.

Categorise and Prioritise: We’ll help you categorise these wants and needs into meaningful groups, making it easier to see where your focus should be.

Coaching on Obstacles and Strategies: Explore potential obstacles and challenges that might stand in the way of your goals. We'll discuss strategies and practical steps to overcome these hurdles, ensuring you have a clear path forward.

 

Week 2 Session 2: Goal Setting and Action Planning

 

Set Your Goals: Using the information from Week 1, we’ll guide you in setting specific, achievable goals that align with your values and needs.

Create an Action Plan: We’ll help you break down each goal into actionable steps and diarise them, so you have a clear timeline and plan of action.

Week 3 - Final Session: Progress Check-In and Continued Support

 

Review Your Progress: We’ll check in on how things have been going since Week 1. What progress have you made? What challenges have you faced?

Refine and Adjust Your Plan: Based on your experiences, we’ll help you refine your goals and action plan to better suit your needs.

Provide Additional Support: Whether it’s further coaching, resources, or strategies, we’ll ensure you have everything you need to keep moving forward.
